How we protect your data and privacy.
We handle your data under the GDPR and Danish health-records rules. Login uses MitID and data is stored on servers in the EU. We disclose data to others only when you ask us to, or where the law requires it — see our privacy policy.
Your patient record — photos, symptom descriptions and the dermatologist's assessment — is kept for at least 10 years from the most recent entry, as required by the Danish Patient Records Order. That duty applies even if you delete your account. Payment data is kept for 5 years after the end of the financial year under the Danish Bookkeeping Act, support correspondence for up to 3 years, and technical usage data for up to 12 months.
