A consultation costs 298 DKK (€40). The price covers one skin condition and includes the dermatologist's assessment, diagnosis, treatment plan and follow-up questions about that case. You pay by card in the app when you submit the case — there is no subscription and no automatic renewal. A new, separate skin problem costs a new consultation. If the case cannot be assessed, we refund the payment.
No, SKIND is a private healthcare service and is not covered by public health insurance. The price is 298 DKK (€40) per consultation, and you pay directly in the app. You receive a receipt in the app that you can use if your private health insurance covers online medical consultations — ask your insurer.
Yes. We offer a full refund, no questions asked: email info@skinchange.ai within 30 days of submitting your case. You do not need to give a reason, and the money is returned to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the request. You also have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act. Because you ask us to begin the assessment immediately, that statutory right ends once the assessment has been fully performed — but our 30-day refund still applies.
